Torsyq

Description

An anchor-shaped leather vessel for kumis made from tanned leather. The construction consists of two symmetrical parts folded together and carefully stitched along the edges. The seams are neatly treated to ensure durability and airtightness. The neck of the vessel is closed with a wooden stopper: the portion that fits over the neck measures 5 cm in height, while the upper part that opens and closes the vessel measures 8 cm. Both sides of the vessel feature ornamentation characteristic of traditional Kazakh decorative art. The item has a rich brown color.
