Tekemet.

Description

Tekemet is a traditional felt item crafted by felting sheep’s wool onto black fabric. Its surface is adorned with Kazakh ornaments made from wool dyed in various colors. In the central part, ornaments in brown and red are featured, framed by decorative patterns in yellow and green wool. The edges of the ornaments are neatly finished with thin braid and carefully stitched.
