Description

An iron carafe found along the Kainar River. The carafe, kumgan - an oval-shaped container with handles and a spout, made of cast iron and copper, used for pouring water over hands. Sometimes the carafe was also used for brewing tea. Donated by: Nurganov Yerlan Akhatovich.
