Cover. The outer cover of a work by Russian travelers, used during Ch. Valikhanov’s studies at the cadet corps. The cover bears the inscription: “Continuation of the journal or daily notes of Captain Rychkov’s journey through various provinces of the Russian Empire, in the year 1770.”
