Brocade belt

Description

The belt is a factory-made item crafted from brocade. It has a quadrangular shape. Both ends feature rolled shiny fringes 13 cm long. Floral patterns in multicolored threads are present on both sides. One side has horizontal blue stripes 1,5 cm thick, and the other side has red stripes of the same thickness. The belt belonged to Sh.Ch. Ualikhanov. Date: XIX century.
