Kylkobyz.

Description

Kylkobyz. A two-stringed musical instrument made from a single piece of wood. The surface is partially covered with treated leather, secured along the edges with small nails. The strings are made of horsehair. The bridge, which raises the strings by 3.5 cm, is carved from a thin branch. At the top of the body are two wooden tuning pegs. Total length of the instrument: 60 cm; body length: 29 cm; upper part length: 31 cm; bottom edge of the body: 5 cm. A bow is included, 56 cm long, also made of wood and horsehair.
